Return Policy

1. Faulty Products:

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to return such products within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase. The process for returning a faulty product is as follows:

· Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process, which may involve providing photographs or other evidence of the fault.

· Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the fault, we will offer you a refund, replacement, or repair, as per your preference and availability of the product. If a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be provided in accordance with the original payment method.

2. Products Not Meeting User Expectations:

If a product does not meet your expectations due to reasons other than being faulty, such as colour variation or any other non-defective issue, we are happy to offer change-of-mind returns as per our policy. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and sizing guides before making a purchase decision to minimise the need for a change-of-mind return. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. In such cases, we will accept returns for products that do not meet your expectations, provided that the following conditions are met:

· Contact our Customer Support team at admin@tomorrowsteacher.education within fourteen days of receiving the product.

· The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

· You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product's cost, excluding any original shipping charges, within seven business days. Please note that the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

3. Exclusions:

Please note that the following conditions are excluded from our return policy:

· Normal wear and tear resulting from product usage.

· Products that have been modified, altered, or damaged by the customer.

·  Products not used or maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

5. Refunds:

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within seven business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
