Our standard handling time is five business days. This timeframe allows us to process your order, quality check the products, and prepare them for shipment. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

The estimated delivery time depends on Australia Post's delivery schedule, which may vary based on your location. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website.

5. Delivery Timeframes:

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that the delivery timeframe is subject to Australia Post's operational performance. On average, the delivery times are as follows:

· Metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days

· Regional areas: 5-10 business days

6. Contact Us for Delayed Deliveries:

If you haven't received your item within fifteen business days of your purchase, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@tomorrowsteacher.education. We will promptly investigate the delay and work to resolve any issues related to the delivery of your order.

7. Shipping Notifications:

8. Change of Address:

Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to the address once the order has been dispatched.
